Veritas 8?

If I have a power failure the alarm goes off, the battery was new some 6 months ago.
Any ideas?

When the power goes off OR when the power comes back? It does make a difference.

Even a 6 month old battery could be faulty, it happens (sometimes), what size and make do you have? Yuasa 7Ah would be the best, Screwfix for best price.
