I have Hoover Nextra Reverse Action 6KG Tumbler model HNV 160...........N.3110006206190407....G. 0001....230V....50-60 HZ....2300W..... It is working but the door will not click shut you have to hold it closed as the hasp/clip does not work can it be replaced and where would i get the item please
