Electrolux EOD6330X Tripping out / blowing main Fuse Box?

I Have an Electrolux EOD6330X Ddouble fan oven. While pre-heaing a hot oven I heared a 'pop' and all our electricity went off. I could not turn the power back on until isolating or turning off the over (indicating a short somewhere?) I have removed the fan element and checked the resistance, this is about 22 ohms and shows no sign of damage so seems OK. The grill or top oven was not in use at the time so I can eliminate that. Also the fan will still run so the fan motor must be OK. Could there be a lower element that I am not aware of? Thanks in advance of any help!

try operating the oven without the heating element connected to the wiring ,that will rule out the element to earth problem.inspect the wiring carefully.take the rear panel off and inspect the wiring especially if they're routed through the panels.you described a poping sound this could have been the oven thermostat blowing.gain access behind the front console and inspect the T/stat oven control knob for signs of shorting out.look for burnt areas .
