i have a f 30 boiler and live in a bungalow. my flue is verticle and goes out through the roof.recently my next door nabour built an extension and raised their side of the roof by about a foot next to my flue and since then my boiler switches on and off when it is windy only when windy hot water goes hot and cold and heating on and off but i stress only when windy when it is not windy boiler works 100% what can i do with out having to move my flue
