candy grand washing machine not draining?

my candy washing machine remains full of water after cycle, even after a special drain program is used.how can i fix this

clean the filter, at the bottom of the machine, becarefull the water will run out when you unsrew the filter cap , use a bin liner to catch the water, as a bucket will not go down that low.
