oven trips out consumer unit?

my diplomat electric oven trips out the consumer unit when warming up nine times out of ten. when the unit is re-set the oven carries on heating up to the required temperature and cooks fine. any ideas? many thanks rhona

low insulation on an element can cause this but you need a special test meter to prove it
