I am getting 4 emails daily, chineses titled, none ever opened, in my junk box which totals ,if left, to 40 by the time the 10 day deletion cycle clears them. I have to search to make sure someone on first contact hasn't been dropped into junk box which is a pain.

Is there a way certain emails can be totally blocked, or how do I ensure wanted first contact emails arrive in my in box? System using:> Hotmail emailing. Windows 7 Ultimate and for good measure on Acer laptop. Green as grass new user.

In the Junk folder select one of your chinese msgs then click on the "sweep" button then select "block from" then click on the "block" button and from then onwards you will not get the msgs, as to making sure your friends and other wanted msgs just make sure their email addresses are in your contacts list
