Hi I put my washing machine on for a spin and drain and it started countin down for 20 minutes and has been stuck at 16 minutes for over 20 minutes I done the troubleshoot test on it by putting the dial to cotton and switching it off then holding the start button for 5 seconds before switching it back on and the code 8364 came up I dnt know if that is relevant or not if anybody could help me please
