how can i fix my automatic gearbox ford focus 2002?

when in drive, goes into 5th gear and just revs. have to drive in over drive to keep it in 4th.

An oil and filter change will NOT fix this fault. A clutch is not applying. It may be possible to repair through the end cover. Contact specialist near you. www.fedauto.co.uk
