How can I fix my rear wipers peugeot 306 1.9D 2000 REG?

Hi, I have a peugeot 306 1.9D and the rear wipers dont work at all. I have checked the fuses and these seem to be fine. The pump is working back there. Do you think it is the motor?

Probably the spindle has seized through lack of regular use.
