hi john sorry I didn't get back to you on your first posting,your description in this posting is telling us much more.the H on the display panel is telling us the fridge compartment is over +9.take out the freezer drawers and see if theres a build up of ice on the evap panel.push the door switch and see if you can see the fan running.it is possible that the ice is stopping the fan.the fridge compartment is freezing up because at the back of the frige is a bulged area containing a damper temp control mechanism that regulates the cold air flow into the fridge compartment from the freezer.this is either failed or frozen shut.if you haven't the ice build up and the fan is running then said component has faild.if you have ice build up and no fan then take ck advice and fully defrost.
