hello andy,the process is a little lengthy to be going into on here,although it is pretty straight forward.there are no specialized tools needed,I would suggest purchasing a haynes workshop manual available from most motor factors including halfords.in there you will find illustrations and step by step information on how to remove replace and most importantly adjustment of the said linkages.
