How do I operate the dryer for Whirlpool AWG995?

I cant figure out how to operate the dryer for Whirlpool AWG995. I've tried numerous functions but no use. Can somebody please guide? Should I just press Half load or what?Please help!

The halfload/dryer button should be down and turn the timer dial to the length of time you want the dryer to run. Be careful as the glass door will can get hot.
