whats wrong?

06 zafira will not do anything, c/locking, dashboard lights etc and will not start, car does absolutely nothing.
tried recharching battery and checked all fuses

i have a 04 vauxhall zafira when it starts up it fine but when its gets warm it cuts out and not go past 3 thousands revs its a 1.6 16v

could be a main fuse either on positive [live] lead on battery to starter motor or may even be on battery negative[earth] lead.
