We have a Worcester 9.24 and it's not electronic ignition. It does have a pilot and you need to take off the front panel, and on the left hand side at the bottom there is a grey button that can be turned as well as pushed. Hold this in and press the red button above a few times until you see your pilot light in the little window. Once this light's keep hold of the grey button for about 30 secs and then release it. If all goes well then your pilot should stay alight.
