Hi, I have a Hotpoint Aquarius 1000 and we believe that there are coins trapped behind the drum, which is causing a sharp sound on the spin. I have tried to see how I can remove the front of the washer to get to the drum but I can't seem to see how I can do this. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks.

hi the whole drum has to be removed from the machine then split in two call an engineer
