Water Pump Fitting?

Do you have to take the inner wing off to fit a new water pump and timing belt, or is it possible to do the job without the removal of the inner wing? Roughly how long should the job of fitting the water pump and timing belt take?

What car do you have?? In general there is no need to remove the wing, you might need to remove the wheel arch plastic liner if it has one and as to the time, without knowing the make/model/year/engine size & type it's impossible to say!
