Beko Induction Hob when cleaned shows all error codes?

I have a new Beko Induction hob, when cleaning the hob the error code F comes up on all hob areas, I have to lift out the unit which then resets and or reverts to normal power notes

Yes tried that and then when there is spill the F comes up when cleaned over

In addition today when cooking with large pan all F came up again almost as though the sensor has been covered around the induction area

are you cleaning it with it switched on in standby.Switch off, clean and dry then switch on
