Help iv had nothing but trouble with this since i bought it has anyone else had the same problems.?error codes iv had are ao2,a01,a08,a11.?

My DE73 displays an error code 802 which isnt appearing anywhere in the various web pages. Anyone else had this ?

I have had A02 error code twice in the last year and its always full of water when this happens. I turn dial to reset and switch machine off for 10 minutes and leave then switch on again reset to programme 7 and I have found the machine empties itself.

I also have A02 error code phoned up and they say caused by not being level. If I pull out and run then push back in once one cycle completed seems to work again for a while but I can't reach legs or use any level once in place.
And agree not a patch on old dish washer and also when it fails it does not stop but carries on through the night so can't set off before going to bed.

i have the same problem with my dishwasher A02 coes up and wont drain and it does it on numerous times. Had enough of it and the technical engineer always put a new pump on it.

also unhappy with my de73. never washed well. now it wont drain and has error code A02. Customer service wont put me through to the technical department as the machine is more than a year old. Indesit want me to have a service call but I'm not sure I want to spend an amount of money on this machine.
Can't help with your codes but do know that A14 indicates syphoning,drain hose too low or water supply to the machine inadequate.

If you go to http://www.gb-online.co.uk/indesit-error.html there are all the error codes and what they mean

A01 = Acquastop operated due to leak / overfill - machine drains until empty + lmin.

A02 = Heater Relay open circuit/short circuit or Thermistor or Safety T/Stat o/c or s/c or Element machine fills to Level Switch & Wash Pump runs.

A08 = Auxiliary Wash Pump Triac closedlopen circuit - check Wash Motor operation- machine drains until Level switch resets+30"

A11 = 1/2 load Solenoid Valve Triac or alternating Wash Motor action - check Solenoid Valve operation & alternating Motor action, replace Module if required - machine drains until Level Switch resets +30"
