How to fix Webasto diesel heater?

Webasto DBW2010/DBW2016 - connected to main fuel tank, starts but cuts out within 30sec's. All indicators appear OK when motor starts, but then fails to continue thru to heating cycle. Possibly an electrical or sensor problem. Any suggestions?
