I got the offside coil spring replaced in ma vectra c last month and a week ago the streeing started making a creaking noise wen I turn the wheel . Could the coil spring be causing the noise?
good chance its the strut bearing (on top of the spring)

If noise is from same area, Not coil spring, But they have not done something right, go back to where you had it done, coil spring alone would not cause any noise, unless you are going over bumps.
