Bleeding brakes on a 2004 fairmont with ABS?

Have just replaced my rear brake lines after one ruptured. Replaced wiyh genuine ford partd. Have bled the brakes in the normal fashion but the ped still does not seem right. I have not bled brakes on an ABS system before. I am a retired motor mechanic.
