How can I find out what ac adapter will work on a Relaxor Comfortilt Plus ?

I got a used Comfortilt Plus Model 998 from my mom along with the booklet but I can not find the ac adapter for it. The booklet does not give a part number or any information on the ac adapter. How can I find either a new adapter or the voltage and current information that I need to replace it?
