if you cannot exit the car from inside, then check the child locks.if the doors are permanently locked then you have a problem with the central locking.either both actuators in the doors have failed, or there's no signal to them from the c/locking.cannot inform you how to open either door on here from the outside.you can try working it out for yourself or remove the positive terminal from the cars battery ,then reconnect or simply, take the car to a garage,or call in a auto mechanic.
