i had a number plate bulb out so i changed it with the lights on it came on then went out taking the other number plate light and the drivers side front and rear lights out as well anybody got any ideas i thought it sounded like a fuse, as the passenger side ones are still working, but theres not one in the glove box, and i can't find one in the engine bay my car is a 2008 1.5 dci happy new year and thanks to anybody that can help

drop the roof of the glove box compartment to reveal the fuse board.check ALLfuses with a multimeter.renault use several things running off one fuse hence the high amp rating on the fuses.sometimes you can miss a blown fuse by visually checking them,so use a tester.your initial problem started with the number plate bulb,I would replace the bulb holder and check the wiring if the fuse keeps blowing.the one in the engine bay consists mostly of relays.
