I have a hotpoint FF200E fridge/freezer, freezer working OK.Fridge not getting cold even when put on super cool

your description suggests a defrosting problem, if you find that after leaving it plugged out overnight it works again you probably have a faulty heating assy which would require a service engineer to rectify
