Hello Barry,.The filter care LED is telling you there's a open circuit.Iam assuming you have emptied the water bottle,.Take the back off the dryer,check the thermostat on the left hand side with a multimeter for a open circuit.If the T/stat is ok you will need to replace the heating element assembley.Test the element,a open circuit or no continuity would indicate failure of the element.
