apm 6826?

my apm 6826 fridge is not working properly. The outlet hole at the back appears not to be taking the water away and the fridge now seems not to be holding temperature.

i find the best way to clear the outlet hole is with a cable tie as it wont do any damage, if there is lots of water it has to be from the ice its making so make sure the door is closing properly which would allow the temp to rise
