only way to get water out is to lay drain pipe on floor and drain with gravity.remove pump and drain hose and check for correct operation of pump and clean hose.make sure pump is working by putting some tape on impellor and feel rotation with finger while running pump. it sometimes sound like pump is turning instead it is just agitating
