Fault 245 is pump stalled. Usually caused by a blockage. Pumps on these machines can be a nightmare to work on. Do not recommend pulling the pump apart unless you are experienced. Best option is to lift top deck, remove inner bowl and take cover off top of pump and hopefully find the object that is stopping the pump.
