Fridge is showing 9 degrees Is this OK.?Is this safe?

fridge temp will rise if you are opening and closing the door a lot during the day.Best time to test temp is when left overnight unopened and provided the temp is around 3-4 deg it is working.Most people don't realise that the recommended temp during the day in a well used domestic fridge is above 7 deg!!
