really a job for an engineer but you could try dis connecting the motor harness and the heater element wires , you have either a down to earth fault or dead short,if the fault dissapears its one of these. if it trips without been switched on the filter where the 3 core flex enters the machine is shorting. make sure its unplugged before attempting any inspection.
