proactive treadmill.....no power?

Please help, I have a proactive treadmill for my 10yr who suffers from Cystic Fibrosis and uses it for physiotherapy. I turned it on the other day and the power immeadiately went off. The red light is on the power button so there is power. Tried pressing reset button but nothing. Tried to ring proactive and e-mail them but think they may have gone bust. Please can anyone help as my little girl is really upset
Thanks Sharon Greenwood

Hi Sharon

Check the fuse on the motor control board. There is normally a 10amp fuse on them.

If this is okay (if it has one) then you may need a new motor control board.
