Remove the carbon from the piston crowns that have bent the valves.Inspect carefully, you are looking for cracks around the indentation caused by the valves. The pistons will have taken the impact and it is unlikely the con rods and crank have been affected. It is advisable to replace both pistons, but light scoring can be dismissed. The cylinder head will need to be reconditioned,.This will include new valves/valve guides/valvestem oil seals.reseating of the replacement valves and a head skim.reworking the head is something you cannot diy because of the valve guides. You will have to source a engineering firm that recondition cylinderheads.

you will have to make sure all pistons have equal height in bores, would remove all valves and make sure none have even the slightest kink, try rolling them along a flat surface to check, inspect closely valve guides and the head in general for cracks etc,if you are happy then rebuild,it may be in your interest to get a manual which will give you all your torques/settings etc
