The ice machine on my Samsung RS21FCNS only put out cubes it is not crushing. I am thinking that all the blades are not turning. aNd to get into the blades I have to remove the screws at the back of the unit in order to get at the blades.

I assume that you have removed the ice unit. Behind that is the drive to the unit, behind that will be the motor, BUT is the unit delivering ice. I assume it is, So motor working, Ice crushing, is done in front of ice unit. A flap in the front of ice unit, opens and closes, open, cubes, closed ice will be crushed, They are allowed to drop though, Or not. operated by lever which runs to back of ice unit, operated by a unit next to motor coupling, IF ice unit lever not stuck, look n back of unit, possible solenoid fault, could be control etc, you will need test meter to check.
