nope, the cylinder head most be removed, then go along the valves one by one with a spring compressor and remove the springs, retainers and collets. Next remove the valves and number them (v important) . Pop the old oil seals off the guides and push the new ones on, oil the valves stems and push them back into their respective guides, put springs, retainers and collets back and your done
