Vaux. Vectra - windscreen wipers - one is loose?

Hi there, seems my windscreen wipers went out of sync - they seemed to be overlapping - i tried to adjust them - ive got one ok but now the other it seems its loose - how do i tighten it up? i cannot see any bolts etc?

usually a plastic cover or a grommet covering wiper arm fixing nut,remove it for access that is if it is loose and linkage not adrift.
