cold proplem with fridge?

hi i have a electrolux to way fridge which works realy well on 240 but when u turn to gas goes for a coupe hours then warms up the element at back of fridge dosent seem as hot on gas any idears

Clark, Element is on the way out You need to replace it also make sure that there is no "soot" build up in unit
