The bleed screw should be on the fuel filter head ,and the hand primer is beside the filter ..
Personally before doing anything i would blead the sedimenter which is on the outsidr of the tank ,often ignored
The hand primer will only bleed the system to the fuel filter .Once that is done you will need to slacken the pipes at the injectors and have someone spin the engine over ,when free off air tighten and start ..
The engine stop solenoids can play up ,with the ignition on remove and replace wire ,you should hear it click ,though i have knoen them to still be faulty
