my everyoung treadmill 86800EF turns on but no belt movenment whats wrong?

When i turn on my treadmill the computer screen turns on but there is no response from the belt. I checked all the connections and to it all a part to make sure there was no issues with connections. I am suspecting an issue with the motor.

Hi Kim

Check the 10amp fuse on the motor control board under the cover. Also check the brushes on the motor. If these are okay then it will more than likely be a motor control board (mcb) issue and will need replacing. Costs depends on make and model.
