freezer not freezing?

Hoover frost free fridge freezer. Compressor running non stop and freezer not freezing. Had to throw all food out. Fridge working ok. Any answers?

Could be defrost heater in freezer stuck on, sensor fault board fault, difficult to say, If you can see how to get to Evaporator pipes in freezer, look for the heater and unplug it, if it then freezes, proves it.
