hi my beko drct 70w condenser dryer is not working?
my beko drct 70w condenser is not working the water is not going into water tank but all over the floor i have clean the filtter and empty water tank but still the same could there be a block some were if so could someone please help me thank you

It will be your little valve where the water tank connects too. If you look into the dryer where you remove the water tank from, your spring valve and rubber ring have probably popped out.

could be a blockage but common one is the drain pump failing.There's a panel at the back bottom right that can be removed to give limited access to the drain pump
