Hello,hope someone can help please,.Iam having a problem with this phone.My app game was running slow and freezing.I was told to perform a reset.After 8 hours phone hasn't loaded up.All iam getting on the screen is my wallpaper or battery logo when charging,and nothing else.Has anyone got any ideas please.Thanks in advance.
