it does the wash cycle but will not spin and emptying the water out slowly, have opened the filter and yes some scale but not a lot. any ideas what can be the mater, also where can i get a replacement filter, the bit that fits into the machine. thanks in anticipation. june

check the sump hose for blockage that may not have made its way as far as the filter, if this is clear take off the emptying hose and drop something like a large nail through it , if it does not make its way through its blocked if ok the pump must be faulty, for the filter google washer spares for your area
