easi logic washing machine 1000 rpm ?

my question is this my washing machine goes through a cycle but when finished the lights on the front of the machine are flashing why ??????? when i open the door to get the clothes out there are soaking wet please help !!!!

not much detail but sound like the machine is not draining all the water cause of faulty pump or not spinning either to slow or not at all.gonna have to stand by while operation and observe before you can come to fault finding
