Our Dyson DC04 upright cleaner appears to have a broken electrical connection inside but I can't seem to get the thing apart to find out where it is. There doesn't seem to be any screws in the area to undo. Any ideas?

I have exactly the same hoover and this also happened to me last week. Only thing I do know is that you somehow have to get the yellow power button off first. This first happened to me a couple of years ago and I watched how the guy fixed it, but for the life of me, I just cant remember exactly what he did.
