whats wrong with my yamaha yq100?

ive got a yq100cc moped what it is when i go to pull off it dont pull it judders starts movein slow then it takes off any ideas why it does this

it will definately be the variator that has jammed up the rollers will be all tipped over fit some new ones and i bet its alot better
