I was lubing my key locks and ignition barrell on my almera with wd40 and the red nozzle got stuck in the barrell and a small piece snapped off in the barrell now i cant get it to turn at all.
I stripped the shroud and stalks off to see if i could remove the barrell but it looks like it fixed onto the column permanantly as there is no screws/bolts to remove but what looks like some sort of caps,how do there come out or any ideas to get the barrell working again.. all help greatly recieved as this is a pain in the backside as i was lubing it to help not to break the bloddy thing!!...
you could try more wd40 into the lock, and open a paper clip, and try useing it into the lock, and see if you can up hook the what is blocking it, you might be lucky,,
