hello,can anyone tell me if there is a fuel pump inside the tank on a 2000 megane scenic 1.9 dti please and if so,how to get at it? mine has stopped pumping .thankyou.

on looking up googel, it says that the fule pump is in the tank, and you get at it from under the back seat, under a cover, if you check out ebay , for a fule pump fot this model, you will see what it looks like, so you will know what your looking for , spend a little time on googel looking up this problem , will be worth your wile,,

sorry john d,try looking under the rear seats,remove them you may find an inspection plate held down by 5 or 6 screws,remove these and you will find the fuel pump

A lot of cars have a reset button on the top of the tank, in case of accident, closes tank off, sometimes heavy breaking can do it. look inside spare wheel area etc.
