How can I fix my Transit?

Hi, 2001 Transit 2.4 90 PS RWD Problem: On occasions I turn the ignition key to start, the dash lights come on but nothing happens. After trying a few times suddenly she starts. Only this time no such luck even after a few days. I noticed when the ignition is on that the relay R 11 Is ticking quickly. Any ideas? Thanks Paul
